I always think about David, the brave warrior who killed the bear and lion, killed the giant, and was a mighty warrior and leader…yet, he would run into a cave, tear his clothes and roll in the dirt, and cry out to God for help. In the end, God said David was a man after His own heart. We have emotions and sometimes it is difficult to express them, manage, and cope…raise your hand…don’t try to manage it alone.
