So, I’m reading a book where the author references Isaiah 49:16.  His translation says “I have written your name on my hand”.  He talks about how God has a tattoo of us on His hand. I looked up the verse in my Bible which is the ESV translation “Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.”  Wow!  Engraved me on His hands!  Christ allowed the nails to go through His hands to hang on the cross for me…and you.  His hands show the ultimate love that only He can give.

Precious Lord, take my hand in your beautiful hands and lead me on!
